For the benefit of our clients we have built up an extensive range of products from which to choose. For many products we hold samples, but you can appreciate that it is not possible or indeed practical to stock every product in every size and colour combination.

As such we politely outline our supply and returns policy on all samples below-

Samples available from stock we currently hold, are available free of charge* .

Clients are welcome to collect these, and on occasion we may be able to deliver them in locally. If a courier delivery is required, there will be a small charge to cover the cost of this service.

*Subject to being returned in good order, and where necessary, in the original packaging. Any items unfit for future use or unable to be returned will be charged at the quoted price.

Samples ordered on demand for clients, are available across all products, charged at the quoted price.

Again, clients are welcome to collect these, and on occasion we may be able to deliver them in locally. If a courier delivery is required, there will be a small charge to cover the cost of this service.

Any of these samples subsequently absorbed into an order will not be charged again. However, samples not used in a subsequent order will be subject to a warehouse “return & restock” handling charge> This charge is equivalent to 20% of the value of the returned goods (less monies received already) or a minimum charge of £30 (less monies received already), whichever is greater.
