For the benefit of our clients we have built up an extensive range of products from which to choose. As you can appreciate, it is not possible or indeed practical to stock every product in our manufacturing unit in Littlebourne, and so we only carry very limited stock. The majority of garments are called off from our numerous supplier warehouses, on demand to fulfil each specific order.

On occasion, clients wish to change or cancel their order after the order confirmation has been sent and the garments have been ordered and received into the Littlebourne unit for production. On such occasions, when the garments cannot be absorbed into another order, and have to be returned and restocked at the warehouses, JUSTSO is obliged to pay a handling charge to the warehouses. Consequently, this incurred cost has to be passed onto the client.

As such we politely outline our returns policy on garments and accessories.

Returned items are subject to a warehouse “return & restock” handling charge – equivalent to 15% of the value of the returned goods or a minimum charge of £25, whichever is greater. An invoice will be raised to that effect and subject to the standard payment terms (which is clearly detailed on all order paperwork and invoices).
